Jake Snowden is a subscriber to using whatever he can find to workout, especially when he is away from his gym, Club Fit, on the 3rd floor of the Regions Building in downtown Little Rock. Flipping logs or big tires, jumping over things, doing pull-ups on a tree, sprinting up hills, jumping up a flight of stairs. Jake knew at a young age that he wanted to help people stay as fit and healthy as they wanted. His goal is to treat his career in personal training as a catalyst to truly make a difference in his client’s lives. Jake got a degree in Kinesiology then started training. He has been training and managing gyms for over 17 years and he doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
Jake’s flagship fitness program is B3 Bootcamp for women. The six week fitness program for women is a favorite at the gym. B3 is for beginner and advanced and helps women lose weight and gain strength and confidence. The next round starts in January.
Recently, Jake had the opportunity to open a new gym, Club Fit. We are in the heart of downtown LR and we love the environment and energy downtown and what we’ve created at Club Fit. “I wanted something that literally could make anyone want to come in and be comfortable here. When you hear the word “community”, our gym IS community. Our trainers, equipment, healthy food and smoothie options, gym layout and classes are all designed for anyone and especially the person on-the-go! Fast. Effective. Efficient. This is our motto and it’s what we are designed around. 30 minute workouts and classes makes exercising easier done than said. I invite you to come check our little community and let us help you get moving!”
