This week on the blog, we caught up with Kyle Gates.When he’s not fishing in a bass tournament, or playing semi-pro football for the Arkansas Boltz, he is helping others achieve their dreams at Club Fit. Kyle came to Little Rock from Decatur, Illinois, but his fitness journey began in Davenport, Iowa, where he attended St. Ambrose University and got his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management.
Kyle decided to become a trainer because he wanted to spread his passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle to others and help them become the best version of themselves as possible.
“My favorite thing about personal training is seeing my clients get better day after day, whether it be them getting stronger, or losing weight or just feeling better and more confident in themselves.”
Kyle has 5 years training experience and is an ISSA Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. He specializes in one on one training with clients of any age, gender, and fitness experience with emphasis in strength training, weight loss, and athletic performance. Not only does Kyle preach living an active and healthy lifestyle, he practices it and loves to stay active through weight training, biking, swimming, and playing football.
