Resistance Training with intervals of cardio conditioning that increase cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance. Exercises include any combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, exercise balls and more.
Ditch your workout and join the dance party! Zumba will boost your energy and give you a total cardio workout. This class is easy for all levels, so come in and dance away your worries.
You will perform sequences of yoga poses and stretches aligned with deep breaths. This class promotes balance, flexibility, relaxation and strength.
Martial Arts style workout to help you develop a strong mind and body connection. Learn proper technique for punches and kicks while ramping up your fitness level to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, core integration and flexibility.
High energy workout that uses a chair for a total body cardio and strength training session. Get the same benefits as high intensity exercises with less stress on your ligaments, tendons and joints.
Do you need to work on your mid-section and abs? This class is for you! Explosive moves that tone your abs and keep your core in great shape!
Be prepared to sweat in this invigorating class tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals. This intense cardio workout offers energizing cycling while a coach makes sure your alignment and technique are correct.
Bootcamp class. This class is HIIT style and will use the entire gym and you will never do the same work out twice. Burn up to 500 calories in only 30 minutes!

Arkansas native, Jake Snowden, opened Club Fit in the downtown Regions Building at the beginning of 2016. After opening multiple high volume gyms in the Little Rock area, Jake's focus shifted to a more customized boutique fitness model. "I really wanted that connection with my members and with a volume based model, I completely lost that. I want people to come in to the gym and feel like they're at home."
