Jake keeps busy with an active lifestyle that includes hiking Pinnacle with his family, mountain biking, sports, and running the river trail. He started B3 Bootcamp that is a 6 week program that helps women get in the best shape of their life in only 30 minutes, three times a week, on your lunch break.

Toni has been a certified personal trainer for over 5 years. She has competed in bodybuilding as a fitness competitor at the national level. Toni holds 2 bachelor's degrees - a Bachelors in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with emphasis in Sports Nutrition. She specializes in one on one training as well as group training. She works with a variety of men and women of all ages and can navigate your workout through health issues or injuries you may have.

Alysha is an International Sports Sciences Association Trainer and holds a Bachelors in Business from UA-Little Rock. She has been in the health and fitness field for over 6 years now. She is extremely passionate about all levels of fitness but she finds the most joy in helping clients achieve a healthier lifestyle. Alysha is also a very proud Herbalife Distributor and has helped hundreds of clients reach their personal goals with the collaboration of the products and the fitness training she offers. She enjoys long runs, biking,and participating in her favorite sports-basketball and volleyball.

Michael Rupert

Mike has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry, and holds a B. S. in Kinesiology along with completing the Russian Kettle Bell Certification Level 1 and 2. He most recently trained out of Chicago where he was able to train alongside some of the top coaches, trainers and athletes from around the globe. In 2005 Mike also struggled with a significant back injury, and was told he’d be a cripple by the time he was 45. Mike is now 51, was able to rehab on his own, and hasn’t been to the doctor in years. Through his research he has blended a style of training that addresses and corrects dysfunctional movement patterns by utilizing kettle bells, maces, rubber bands, body weight exercises, and various objects found around the farm. His training programs will challenge you both physically and mentally while at the same time keeping you safe and lowering your risk of injury.

Missa Miller is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who offers one on one personal training and small group training. Missa settled into a sedentary life-style after high school.  This led to being over-weight and years of struggling with physical and mental health issues.  Once she decided to focus on improving her own quality of life, the positive effects of the life-style change were undeniable.  Missa decided to become ACE Certified in Group and Personal Training with the goal of helping others achieve the same positivity in their lives.

JJ is an ISSA certified personal trainer and a former college basketball player. His strengths are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and his favorite quote is “progress not perfection” He teaches the kickboxing classes at our Downtown location.

Cedric Williams

Cedric has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2009 and has a Bachelor’s in Health Science from University of Arkansas Little Rock. He is a Fitness Model and competes in NPC Bodybuilding Competitions. Cedric stresses good form and the importance of doing each move correctly to minimize injury and increase productivity. He trains any fitness level and focuses being proficient in Weight Training, Cardio and flexibility.

Chi loves sharing yoga practice and helping others bring health and balance into their lives! A consistent yoga practice will help you become stronger and more flexible. Not only on the mat, but that will translate into how you deal with life off the mat as well. Chi's yoga class is great for stress relief, removing inflammation from the body, and increasing your immunity.
