For more than 15 years, he has trained and coached hundreds of clients to help them achieve their fitness, lifestyle and special event goals. Jake keeps busy with an active lifestyle that includes hiking Pinnacle with his family, mountain biking, sports, and running the river trail. He started B3 Bootcamp that is a 6 week program that helps women get in the best shape of their life in only 30 minutes, three times a week, on your lunch break.
Rachael is a certified trainer, offering training for all fitness levels; combining working out and eating healthy to ensure you live a healthy lifestyle! She provides Small Group and One on One training for those looking to transform their body using body weights and other equipment! She also teaches a variety of classes for ClubFit including cardio sculpt, kickboxing, spin, and bootcamp!
Toni has been a certified personal trainer for over 5 years. She has competed in bodybuilding as a fitness competitor at the national level. Toni holds 2 bachelor's degrees - a Bachelors in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with emphasis in Sports Nutrition. She specializes in one on one training as well as group training. She works with a variety of men and women of all ages and can navigate your workout through health issues or injuries you may have.
Allen Maxenberger Personal Trainer
Allen is a National Physique Competitor and Fitness Athlete with over 30 years of Personal Training Experience. He has a Specialty in Fitness for Older Adults and is also an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer and Youth Fitness Trainer. He has trained hundreds of clients of all ages, fitness levels and fitness goals. Everything from building, shaping and toning muscles, weight loss, and injury rehab, to most health and physical limitations.
Sergio Valdivia Class Instructor
If you want to forget about the stresses of the day and have a little fun, come to one of Sergio’s classes. He helps his students reach their goals and he really brings the energy! You blast through the calories and help strengthen your body at the same time. His workouts are intense but he encourages people from any fitness level to attend.
Bashay’s method consists of exciting fitness classes and custom personal training plans based on your desired shape, size, and fitness goals. His aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. Bashay has bootcamp classes which you can attend either before or after work. These classes are tailored for all fitness levels and blast through fat and calories. And, if you’d rather get your work out on in the great outdoors, You can choose between indoor or outdoor classes.
Clint started his fitness journey at an unhealthy 162 pounds and dealing with a hyperthyroid, insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, muscle deterioration, and low energy. When he decided to put in the work to get healthy, his health has made a complete 180 and he gained 70 pounds of healthy muscle. He is very passionate about fitness & overall health. He specializes in one on one training with clients of any age, gender, and fitness experience with emphasis in strength training, weight loss, and athletic performance. Not only does Kyle preach living an active and healthy lifestyle, he practices it. He stays active through weight training, biking, swimming, and playing semi pro football for the Arkansas Boltz.

Chi loves sharing yoga practice and helping others bring health and balance into their lives! A consistent yoga practice will help you become stronger and more flexible.
