​Located in the Regions Bank building in downtown Little Rock, AR, ClubFit is locally owned and operated by Arkansas native Jake Snowden. After opening multiple high-volume gyms in the Little Rock area, Jake's focus shifted to a more customized boutique fitness model. "I really wanted that connection with my members. I want people to come in to the gym and feel like they're at home."

ClubFit is more than just a gym, we're a community. We make it easy for you to exercise at any fitness level, and we are your support system that wants you to succeed. JAKE SNOWDEN

Jake is an ACE National Certified personal trainer and holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from UA-Fayetteville. For almost 20 years, he has trained and coached hundreds of clients to help them achieve their fitness, lifestyle and special event goals. Jake keeps busy with an active lifestyle that includes hiking Pinnacle with his family, mountain biking, sports, and running the river trail. He started HIIT Bootcamp to help people get in the best shape of their lives.

RACHAEL HOPES

Rachael is a certified trainer, offering training for all fitness levels; combining working out and eating healthy to ensure you live a healthy lifestyle. She provides small group and one-on-one training for those looking to transform their body using body weights and other equipment. Rachael also teaches a variety of classes for ClubFit, including cardio sculpt, Spin and bootcamp.

MICHAEL RUPERT

Mike has more than 25 years experience and holds a B. S. in Kinesiology along with completing the Russian Kettle Bell Certification Levels 1 and 2. In 2005, Mike struggled with a significant back injury, and was told he’d be unable to walk by the time he was 45. Mike is now 51, was able to rehab on his own, and hasn’t been to the doctor in years. His training programs will challenge you both physically and mentally, while at the same time, keeping you safe and lowering your risk of injury.

MISSA MILLER

Missa is an ACE Certified personal trainer who offers one-on-one personal training and small group training. Missa settled into a sedentary life-style after high school. This led to being overweight and years of struggling with physical and mental health issues. Once she decided to focus on improving her own quality of life, the positive effects of the lifestyle change were undeniable.  Missa helps others achieve the same positivity in their lives.

JJ SMITH

JJ is an ISSA certified personal trainer and a former college basketball player. His strengths are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and his favorite quote is “progress, not perfection” He also teaches some of our HIIT Bootcamp classes.  ​

RUSSELL HILL

Russell is a certified trainer with ACSM and NSCA CSCS (strength and condoning coach), and an ACE Certified health coach. Russell's passion is to help those who think they are beyond making substantial improvements in their level of fitness. If you have medical or orthopedic concerns, do not assume you cannot exercise safely and effectively until you schedule time with Russell. He'll ensure you are able to reap the benefits of safe, effective exercise.

TONI NARAMORE

Toni has been a certified personal trainer for over five years and has national personal training certifications from ISSA, CMES and ACE. She is also a certified Medical Exercise Specialist. She has competed in bodybuilding as a fitness competitor at the national level. Toni holds two bachelor's degrees in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with an emphasis in Sports Nutrition. Toni will navigate your workout through health issues or injuries you may have.

WAYNE BASHAY

Wayne’s method consists of exciting fitness classes and custom personal training plans based on your desired shape, size and fitness goals. His aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. Wayne has bootcamp classes which you can attend either before or after work. These classes are tailored for all fitness levels and blast through fat and calories.
