Jake is an ACE National Certified personal trainer and holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from UA-Fayetteville. For almost 20 years, he has trained and coached hundreds of clients to help them achieve their fitness, lifestyle and special event goals. Jake keeps busy with an active lifestyle that includes hiking Pinnacle with his family, mountain biking, sports, and running the river trail. He started HIIT Bootcamp to help people get in the best shape of their lives. Jake is also the owner of Club Fit.

Russell is a certified trainer with ACSM and NSCA CSCS (strength and condoning coach), and an ACE Certified health coach. Russell's passion is to help those who think they are beyond making substantial improvements in their level of fitness. If you have medical or orthopedic concerns, do not assume you cannot exercise safely and effectively until you schedule time with Russell. He'll ensure you are able to reap the benefits of safe, effective exercise.

Wayne’s method consists of exciting fitness classes and custom personal training plans based on your desired shape, size and fitness goals. His aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. Wayne has bootcamp classes which you can attend either before or after work. These classes are tailored for all fitness levels and blast through fat and calories.

jeff McDaniel is a two time award winning Best Trainer in Little Rock and has been in the fitness industry for 20 years serving as a weekly health contributor to THV-11 and Bootcamp specialist. Jeff has trained a vast array of clients from Miss America contestants to the NFL combine but enjoys mainly helping the Busy Parent and Professional how to Move Better, Feel Better, Look Better. Steve HAS A BS degree in Exercise Science/Physiology and Movement, Northwestern University, Cyprus location. he has over 34 years as a NAPT personal trainer and is the owner of Athletes in Pain. He is extremely passionate about not only HIS work, but also about educating each person on how to increase the efficiency of their bodies. No two people are alike and rehab & athletic enhancement shouldn't be either.
Julie Blackwood
Julie Steele Blackwood was one of the first personal trainers in Little Rock and, in the decades since, has proven herself an expert body shaper throughout Arkansas and beyond. Her clients have ranged from 10 years old to over 80, with issues ranging from cranky joints to the desire to drop a few clothing sizes before a big life event. One of her most “winning” specialties is preparing pageant hopefuls to impress the critical eyes of experienced judges. If Julie can turn an out-of-shape teen into a pageant winning Queen, she can help you achieve your physical goals.
mandie sherrod
Mandie is the manager of Club Fit and has helped build the Club from Day 1. She has a Master’s degree and a background in business management and marketing and handles all of the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep Club Fit running smoothly.
When she’s not working remotely for the gym, you’ll find her hiking Arkansas trails, reading, sipping tea, or dreaming up the next big idea for Club Fit. She also has a marketing company where she builds websites to help local businesses grow their business online.
